But more than taking care of people with cognitive challenges (confusion, memory loss, altered alertness), we provide support to individuals experiencing normal aging issues or recovering from an injury or any surgical procedures.

In-Home Health Care Services
WHAT WE DO
- PATIENT-CENTRIC CARE: Patient centricity simply means prioritizing an individual's needs and perspectives in designing a respectful and compassionate care plan-with a view to achieving a satistying aging/health recovery journey. Specifically, we:
- Conduct free assessment and come up with patient care plan detailing in-home services customized to patients needs; and
- Ensure a proper match between a care companion and the patient by selecting a care provider with capabilities and skills that match specific needs of the patient.
- ESTABLISHING/MAINTAINING AN EFFECTIVE, POSITIVE PATIENT-SAFETY CULTURE: Developing and properly executing an accident-prevention strategy approved/understood by all parties involved (the patient, the care provider, and other people living with the patient, if any).
- HELPING PATIENTS BETTER MANAGE HEALTH USING VIRTUAL (INCLUDING TELEHEALTH) CARE TECHNOLOGY: Many older adults are resisting the use of a smartphone or a computer. However, when COVID-19 caused a pandemic in 2020, virtual health care has become a preferred option for consultation and booking appointments-with easy access to health care as its topmost benefit. Our care providers are more than ready to assist our patients navigate this seemingly difficult system of virtuall telehealth care.
